GETTING AROUND
•
The SKERIC Week 2024 venue, Global Education Center for Engineers (GECE) has the sign “38” on its top, and digital signages for SKERIC Week will be set up in the entrance.
•
All sessions will be held on 5F, and lunch and dinner reception will be on B1F in the same building.
•
On Monday and Thursday, SNU shuttle buses will take Sweden and POSTECH participants from the hotel to the venue, and back to the hotel. (45 min drive)

Registration (name badge, programme book, and welcome gift pick-up) starts from 12:00 at the central hall, 5F (yellow).

Those who attend cultural activities in the morning of November 11 will receive their name badge before the activity starts.

Opening ceremony will start at 13:30 in the Auditorium (blue).
•
WP sessions and open sessions will be held in other conference rooms (red, orange, and green), and digital signages will display information on ongoing sessions.

To enter the hall, you must present your name badge. Please make sure to pick up your name badge on 5F.

Lunch (Korean a la carte): Two options are provided, and each table will have a number stand.
